I'd love to see a sticker sheet specifically for ND adults toward coping skills--when I need to be regulated bc my kids are dysregulated, I have a hard time identifying what helps on my own! I'm imagining choices like Weighted Vest, Jump in Place, Deep Breath Exercise, Emotional Shield, Listen to a Podcast, Craft, Comfort Show, Stim/Fidget toys, Comfy Clothes, Special Interest Deep Dive, Video Game, Pet Cuddle, Light a candle, Listen to a Fave Song on Repeat.
