Maintenance tasks

My husband is a maintenance director for his career. He believes families should be prioritizing and recalling general maintenance tasks. Most of the are monthly and quarterly. This is important because he 1.) needs “credit” and 2.) needs reminded. Tasks would include things like: add water softener pellets, change HVAC filter, HVAC summer/winter maintenance, check fire/CO2 alarms, change fire/co2 batteries, winterize outdoor equipment, wash out garbage cans, clean cycle on washer machine, change direction of fans, hose off air conditioner.  
There’s more, but these are foundational to home upkeep.
