Chronic/Critical Illness

I would love to see a sheet with things like "scans, hospital, doctor,  treatment, procedure surgery" etc. My sons both have life-threatening illnesses as well as autism. We use "doctor" from the Autism sheet right now to collectively cover all of these right now but it really doesn't help them to prepare. Going to just see and talk to the pediatrician is very different than going to get blood work or surgery for example.
